Folio 01 — Overview
Putting Your Retirement Paperwork in Order — Before Any Decision Is Made
Silverpadas offers education programmes, facilitated workshops and community capability engagements centred on pension documentation and employment records — for households, community groups and welfare organisations across Perak.
This page covers general education programmes and document-literacy engagements only. Nothing here constitutes personalised financial, legal or pension advice. Matters requiring a qualified practitioner are referred accordingly.

What Structured Document Literacy Brings to a Household
A Complete Household Picture
Knowing which documents exist, where they are held and what they contain removes uncertainty from later conversations with family members and qualified professionals.
Reduced Exposure to Misleading Approaches
A basic grounding in what legitimate pension communication looks like helps participants spot and set aside representations that do not come from authorised sources.
Bilingual Materials Throughout
All handouts, worksheets and index sheets are produced in English and Bahasa Malaysia, so households with mixed language preferences can work from the same documents.
Clear Referral to Qualified Practitioners
Where a question falls outside education and information, participants receive a written referral sheet naming the category of qualified professional who handles that type of matter.
Community-Level Capacity
Organisations completing the capability build carry their own trained volunteers and materials, so the knowledge continues to reach members well after the engagement closes.
Retained Personal File
Workshop participants leave with a personal file they have assembled themselves — organised, indexed and ready to share with a qualified adviser at any point they choose to take that step.
